Venison summer sausage

The venison summer sausage is good and has good flavor, but unfortunately not as good as some of the venison sausage I had from Wisconsin. They have a unique recipe and flavor to venison sausage I had growing up in Wisconsin. We deer hunted back then and it might just be the local butcher’s recipe.

Quite good

Was quite good. Wishing for more venison and less beef in the mixture if possible.

Everything we have received is wonderful.. Thank you for an excellent product.
